National President of Elohim Political Forum, EPF, Prince Emmanuel Omote has charged youths in the country, particularly in Delta Central senatorial District to use the opportunity of the ongoing collection of Permanent voter’s card to equip their selves with their PVCs ahead of the forthcoming elections in 2019.
Addressing hundreds of youths in an enlarge meeting of the forum in Ughelli North Local Government Area, Omote said, “The time has come for youths to take their destinies in their hands with the voter’s card, you cannot be criticizing the government without holding your cards in your hands.
“The youths cannot continue to be bought over with money without any empowerment coming to them, destroying their future in putting them on street life. The grass root people need motivation and not votes buying during an election period.
According to him, “Impunity by politician and candidate’s imposition will not help the nation, rather it will help to destroy it the more. But the EPF as a group we shall stand as medium for the grass root to gain access to employment because of its integrity, honesty and mobilization for justice and equity.
Omote further disclosed that Elohim Political Forum as a leading political pressure group is poise to sponsor and any candidate of their who believes in the ideology of what they stand for in this political dispensation. Our door to door campaign and sensitization on the need to vote and support credibility, free, fair elections in the country cannot be over emphasized.
“The campaign of calumny, hatred and words to hit up the tension in the our country Nigeria must be put aside if we all must move forward as a developing nation and the group is working beyond the general elections stated for 2019”. He assured.
